     IPcasc = 52,   IPsf = 34,   ISha = 34,   ISsf = 34,    IMuxin = 34
     IPre = 98,      VFp = 30,   VFs = 60,    IPsp = 55,   VPsp = 40
  - The device tested is a TOB module (M5) with 4 APVs and a bias voltage of 200 Volts
